e hotel's location is superb, with a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding staff. The receptionist and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a great first impression. The hotel surpassed expectations in all areas, showcasing impeccable cleanliness, stylish decor, and spacious rooms, complemented by excellent service during dinner. The food was good and offered great value for money, with attentive and efficient service. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

Excellent stay Beautifull view Delicious food Cooperative Staff scenic mountain view. The Fern Hillside Resort in Bhimtal is at good location. The resort's amenities, combining luxury with leisure, good restaurant.specialy gm mr sinha is a very helpful and nice person.

The Fern Bhimtal exceeded all expectations. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was divine, with each dish a culinary masterpiece. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the fern bhimtal was very good the service there was very good and the Restaurant service staff handled everything very well from service to everything else I was very happy,I am regular guest of the fern hotels and resort ,great service with beautiful hillside view , we enjoyed my daughter birthday in open area it was pleasant stay ,we definitely visit again .

Resort location is excellent. One can have the entire view of Nainital from Courtyard or Lawn. Rooms have luxury look & cozy. Evening live singing is fantastic. Food is one of the USP of this resort. Staff are very polite & always ready to assist you on toes. We can say the atmosphere is like a heaven on earth.
