Hôtel Kemaris

Excellent service, very friendly staff. The bed was large and comfortable, and the facilities were good.

Stayed in a lovely room on the 4th floor of the new building, featuring a huge balcony (terrace). The morning sun was a delightful mood booster, and the city view was simply charming. Daily housekeeping, including fresh linen changes and replenishment of coffee pods and cookies (though not always consistent), really made it feel like a well-deserved three-star hotel. I would definitely love to stay at this cozy hotel again on my next visit to Biarritz.

A very nice hotel that has successfully modernized while preserving the building's style. The room wasn't large but was well-arranged and had a pleasant small balcony. They fell a bit short on trivial details, like the air conditioning only being available upon request and without immediate notification (so you have to sweat a bit first...). Also, the shower gel was so watered down that it was impossible to lather up; thankfully, there was the usual tiny hotel bar of soap as a backup.

Wonderful, clean, and a lovely neighborhood hotel. I highly recommend it. It was peaceful, and we slept comfortably. We didn't have breakfast. You have to pay extra to park your car in the hotel's parking lot.

The staff were incredibly kind, and I even received a room upgrade. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spotless, and the bathroom had a large shower. The location is a little out of the way, but it's only a two-minute walk to a bus stop (with buses going to both the train station and Saint-Jean-de-Luz). It's located in a very pleasant residential area.
