Me dejé llevar por los buenos comentarios que tenía y fue la peor experiencia que he tenido nunca. Yo creo que ha pedido a sus amigos y familiares que le escriban las reseñas, sinceramente. Entré con mi hija e hice uso del inodoro, justo al lado de la recepción. No había nadie en recepción así que cuando salí le expliqué y se puso agresivo. Salí pacíficamente del local y me persiguió hasta la calle gritando e insultándome y diciendo que iba a llamar a la policía. UNA REACCION TOTALMENTE DESMESURADA Y FUERA DE LUGAR. Parece amable cuando le interesa pero por dentro en una persona muy agresiva. El gerente de este hotel está ya denunciado a la policía por agresión. Además, está demasiado apartado del centro. Después he leído que otros viajeros también han tenido malas experiencias. Viajo a Francia todos los años y no pienso venir a este hotel!!

Las camas y las almohadas incomodísimas, la ducha tenía muy muy poca presión, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el baño estaba asqueroso y la habitación muy pequeña y claustrofóbica, sin ventilación. Cuando desperté el suelo estaba lleno de hormigas y cucarachas. El precio carísimo y el dueño un maleducado. Demasiado apartado del centro. Después he leído que a otros viajeros les ha pasado lo mismo. Viajo a Francia todos los años y no pienso repetir en este hotel!!

Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et fait maison Le personnel est très à l' écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel pour sa position géographique (proche du centre), son calme et pour l'accueil chaleureux . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Biarritz.

Hôtel charmant, un petit cocon proche du centre de Biarritz mais offrant calme et convivialité. Le gérant est accueillant et aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est copieux, les produits sont frais. La literie est parfaite, l’emplacement calme.

De passage sur Biarritz pour participer au 4L trophy, nous nous sommes rendus un matin dans l’hôtel pour déjeuner. Pour moins de 20€ pour deux nous avons eu chacun : pain au chocolat, croissant, deux petits pains, yaourt, Nutella, miel, beurre, confiture, café, jus d’orange. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse chaleureuse et accueillante. À bientôt !

Les possibilités hôtelières ne sont pas nombreuses à Biarritz : hôtels vieillissants hors de prix avec obligation de garer sa voiture dans des parkings payants mais il y a l'hôtel Mirano loin de la foule, calme et pas cher. Cela surprend d'abord car on a plutôt l'impression d'être dans un Bed and Breakfeast puis on apprécie. Le patron est sympa et son travail est irréprochable.
