The hotel is beautiful and service was excellent until I left… About 10 minutes later, I received a call from a lady ACCUSING me, (not asking), of taking two bottles of shampoo from the room. The lady told me those were not meant to be taken, and the hotel sells them for 90 euros. I was furious but I just told her that I would be back because that was not true!! I did, and I told the receptionist that I was looking for an apology from the lady that made the accusation. She asked me if I did take those bottles…???? I replied, OF COURSE NOT!! I do not have the need and specially it does not make any sense after staying in such a nice hotel. I also described her exactly each one of the items in the bathroom and that I found bizarre they did not supply shampoo and conditioner, anyway, I always carry mine. She replied…well, if you say so, then we apology…. She left me with the feeling of not believing me. So sad, they should be looking to their employees, not the guests. I would have given a 5 star rate but not after such a bad experience.
