Front desk service is non existent. Couldn’t get anyone to check in or check out. Very frustrating.
Front desk customer service is the first most important thing you see when you enter. They made it clear that customer service isn’t important

Stay
The front desk lady was very nice but you had to stand and wait for quite some time before she came out of the back room. The water pressure in the shower was prettty terrible and the water was lukewarm at best. The elevator was very slow and rickety.

Easily accessible. Proximal shopping and dining no options. Felt like it was recently renovated. We arrived late. Our room was ready and very nice. Only mild issues we ran into is. Soccer team slept above us, so it was loud until they went to sleep. Breakfast was as stark as we’ve ever seen. No grab and go items. Coffee was good. Check out easy.

Horrible water pressure for showers. Also I’d pre-paíd for the room via ******* and upon arrival was told I had a $450 incidental charge. I would need to take care of. Who does 450 incidental holds for one night stay that was only $99?

Very comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and repaired a couple of minor things immediately after I reported them.
