South Excellent Hotel

This is one of the worst high-end hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom smelled bad, and the bath water was so small that it was like borrowing water from someone else's house. Those who didn't know really thought Bijie was short of water. The temperature is not high, probably because I am afraid of burning coal, so the hand shower cannot be used. Bijie is 1,500 meters above sea level, and it gets cold at night in Bijie in autumn. There is no hot air in the room when the air conditioner is turned on. The receptionist told me that the central air conditioner is not yet turned on, so I told him to overcome it. If it doesn't work, just bring me a quilt. It’s so funny, you dare call this a high-end hotel.

The hotel couldn't do basic pest control. I was bitten and woke me up several times a night. When I woke up in the morning, I had a big swollen foot. It was really rubbish.

Hotel service staff are few

The overall check-in experience is good, the sanitation, facilities and services in the room are quite good. The location is slightly off, not in the downtown area. The hotel is in an industrial park, with parking spaces downstairs, and parking is available throughout the park. The elevator is very convenient to enter the hotel from the parking lot. The breakfast is also good, including the dining environment and the variety and taste of the dishes. The hotel's price-performance ratio is very high. The front desk staff are also more professional, with good service, and the overall recommendation is to stay.

The service attitude at the front desk is not good. The room is very close to the road. The sound insulation effect is not good and the noise is very loud. It is not suitable for this price and not worth the money.

Haha, first of all, it is very remote in the suburbs and it is inconvenient to eat. I ate in the hotel. Tsk tsk, it took a long time for the food to arrive. I still went to order it. The food was left outside and no one brought it in. It was cold. The same happened to the next few bowls. It was me. I served it myself, but the waiter didn't care, was disapproving, and had no sense of service.

Nice experience, nice room

整個酒店，地理位置還不錯，周遭美食也很多，，室內衞生環境也不錯，房間無異味，隔音還不錯，缺點就是酒店前台毫無服務可言，對業務一點都不熟，對散客不屑。
