很多年前住過一次，這次過來整體感覺還不錯，位置當然相當方便，去中心區域商業街，古根漢姆，老城區，都是步行即可，周邊那些非常好吃的餐廳，pintxos也都如願再次嚐到。房間整潔夠用，而且還提供了整套洗漱用品，手續也快捷。可能周邊的食物太美味了，相比來説早餐感覺比記憶中遜色。沿街麼肯定會有噪音，但也還好不是太大問題，因為空調感覺有點悶我還開了點窗，這樣情況下噪音也沒有影響到睡眠。

Close to the train station and very clean, neat, quiet-just like a 4 star hotel should be. It was very comfortable. We'd easily stay here again.

Nice and clean rooms. Great location. Approachable staff
Need to improve: sustainable internet connection. The hotel stops using AC as of Oct which is not optimal since the Neighborhood is noisy in case we open the window. The acoustics and isolation of the noise - you can hear noise from one room to another, and no way to close the door without making a big noise

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The bedroom was spacious. A couple of more sockets would be ideal.
The maids were very polite and friendly.
The only negative was leaving the car outside the hotel while I had to go in to check in. The hotel suggest you have a ten minute free time, but if there is no parking space in the street this is impossible. A couple of designated spaces in front of the hotel would be great.
