Resort compound is sprawling and great for families with young kids. Fantastic kids club with an outdoor playground and a water play area with slides. Staff hospitality was also 100%! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and patient with small children. My kids loved the private beach. It was clean, waves were calm and just a lot of fun! Areas to improve if I were to nitpick: better food options and a shallower pool for kids to swim in (instead of just the water play area).

Wonderful stay! A lovely hotel with friendly staff, delicious food, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Pak Shiddiq at the front desk for his excellent service, and Pak Andreas from Warung Pak Lagoi for his attentive and cheerful hospitality. Truly appreciated! I also love the hotel’s thoughtful initiatives for sustainability—such as the AC automatically switching from cool mode to fan mode when the balcony door is opened, and the move away from plastic water bottles. Great steps toward reducing energy use and protecting the environment. I look forward to experiencing the newly opened Chinese restaurant and the wellness centre during my next stay. Highly recommended!

據説是今年5月新開的酒店。一直看到臉書IG在宣傳，很適合小朋友家庭。正好年底了，就想帶全家去放鬆一下。特意選的非學校假期時間，人還是挺多的。都是家裡有幼兒園的家庭，小孩不用上學。房間很大，都有露台。酒店的服務人員都很親切，時刻都是滿臉笑容。晚上挺安靜的。有小童俱樂部，每一天都排滿了活動。有工作人員幫忙帶領。如果家長放心，可以把小朋友寄存在那邊。我們都是在酒店附近活動，酒店有免費車可以接送。如果去太遠，需要自己包車。酒店後面有海灘，我們試了免費的皮划艇。

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Bintan! The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep both adults and kids entertained — you can easily spend the whole day within the resort. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to help and making us feel well taken care of. We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service from the ferry terminal to the hotel. The team even helped us arrange our return boarding passes — such thoughtful service! Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a fuss-free and comfortable getaway in Bintan.

This is a brand-new resort located conveniently close to the terminal and shopping malls. The hotel offers comprehensive amenities, including numerous swimming pools. The children's playground is both new and beautifully designed, featuring indoor, outdoor, and water-themed attractions that kids absolutely love. The breakfast is exceptionally varied, and the dinner buffet showcases different themes every night. The staff members are always smiling, incredibly friendly, and exhibit a warm, professional attitude. Just an hour by ferry from Singapore, the prices are significantly lower, making it an incredible value! It’s a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway, and I definitely plan to bring my kid here again next time!

Overall experience was great. However was a little disappointed on the day of check-in, as I’ve specified that I required a connecting room (travelling with young kids + helper). I’ve previously enquired if I should book 1x twin and 1x king or the booking type doesn’t matter as long as I indicated. I was told the latter so I book 2x king instead and indicated my preference of connecting room. Well… i was told connecting room is subjected to availability. What upset me was, I think the hotel doesn’t try to accommodate and pre-arranged. Furthermore I was informed “I booked 2x king instead of 1x Twin and 1x King”. It was a mad logistic headache for me and my family as it’s difficult to settle down with 3 young kids (1 is infant) + helper sleeping arrangement. Hope the management can really consider customer preference and accommodate.

Fuss free shuttle service to & fro the ferry terminal to hotel. All the staff are smiley and approachable should you need any assistance. Whole resort was clean with nice pools, kids indoor/outdoor playground. Love riding the bicycles available at the hotel to explore the huge hotel area. Had almost all the meals in the hotel’s restaurant where their buffet was reasonable price (kids eat free) and food was tasty. The bbq night is a must try, food is good and nice vibe with the live band. We truly had a good experience and will definitely be going back soon.

Hotel is new, staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is great for families with young kids as the amenities there are kids friendly and kids (under 11 years old)get to dine in for free. Will definitely plan a trip back again.
