Our high quality and tastefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the embedded bathroom style villa. The privacy-protected sun terrace incl. Beach chair & a Weber kettle grill invites you to cozy hours of relaxation.
There are 2 (ladies) bicycles with gears available. With a new, high-quality kitchen.
7-10 minutes walk from the sea, the beach promenade and the fine sandy bathing beach.
Our apartment offers enough space for up to 4-5 people - in total it has 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, TV + bedroom 2 with 2 single beds + TV). From the cozy and newly furnished living-dining room you have a direct view of the 'Granitzer Wald' and the beautiful, well-kept park. Both the living room, the dining room and the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. LCD flat screen TV, WiFi, music system with CD player. The modern integrated kitchenette is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and 4-ring ceramic hob). Bathroom with rain shower.
In the living room there is also the possibility to add an extra bed for a 5. Person, preferably small child (surcharge per person and night 5, - Euro).
The apartment has an underground parking space with lift parking, maximum car height 1.50m, which is of course included in the rental price. A suitable parking space for larger vehicles will be offered to you when you hand over the keys.
For our little guests there is a free wagon and an extensive play area with a swivel chair.
The Ostseebad Binz - in addition to the well-known spa architecture, culture, strolling, relaxation and shopping, cycling, sightseeing, GOLF and nature & tranquility offers a variety of excursions.

Für Wetter kann niemand etwas!Die Wohnung und die Insel können aber was!Ich möchte an dieser Stelle aber auch wirklich 2 Sachen hervorheben:1. der Vermieter der sich wirklich sehr kümmert das im Vorfeld alles geklärt ist und dir alle Informationen zuspielt.2. Lage der Wohnung:Wir stammen aus einem Mittelgebirge und der Hügel auf den man gehen muss ist auch für ältere Leute kein Problem da gingen einige Paare mit Rollator hoch.Man ist einfach in der Mitte zwischen rasenden Roland und Promenade in ruhiger Lage.Man kann alles machen oder seine Ruhe haben einfach gut.

Villa Sanddorn
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Alles sehr sauber und gut für uns vorbereitet. Leider war keine Info-Mappe vorhanden. Für uns nicht schlimm, da wir uns per Internet gut auf die Insel vorbereitet haben. Die Kurkarten waren auf jemand anderen ausgestellt, das Problem wurde aber schnell behoben. Danke dafür. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe, ziemlich schwierig für Senioren. Aber, fast vor der Tür fährt ein Bus. Das größte Problem war das Parkhaus. Sehr sehr eng. Also Vorsicht mit größeren Autos. Zur Promenade sind es ca. 1 1/2 km. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Angenehmer Weihnachtsaufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Sanddorn war eine positive Erfahrung. Das Apartment ist extrem sauber und gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, um ein kleines Weihnachtsmenü herzustellen.Die Lage auf dem Klünderberg ist Geschmackssache – einerseits hat man einen 10 Minuten Spaziergang zum Strand, andererseits ist der große Rewe und die Kleinbahn in 5 min zu erreichen – der tägliche Anstieg am Berg kein Problem.Die Reinigungskosten sind happig und machen erst nach längerem Aufenthalt Sinn.Schöne ruhige Tage!

Schöner Platz auf Rügen
Es hat uns soweit gut gefallen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, war sehr nett.Das einzige, was für uns nicht so gut war, ist folgendes: Man musste von der Straße (Parkgarage, Müllcontainer) entweder den Treppenweg hoch zur Unterkunft, oder aber außen herum die Straße, was auch ziemlich anstrengend war. Vor allem, wenn man Gelenktechnisch nicht mehr gut zu Fuß ist.Leider, gibt es auf Google Streetview, keine Möglichkeit, die Gegebenheiten vor Ort einzusehen.das war aber das einzige Manko.Ansonsten war alles super, deshalb 5 Sterne. Für Personen, welche nicht mehr so ausdauernd auf den Beinen sind, ist es aber eher nicht geeignet.
