帶娃去參加彬州歡樂跑，提前查看錦龍酒店評論很好，就定了個豪華標間，想着乾淨就可以！當天四點多到達酒店前台，酒店免費升級為豪華套間。打開門那一下，真的很驚喜，房間很乾凈，一塵不染，設施齊全，這個豪華套間比豪華標間多了個休息廳，有茶具、健身器材，沙發也很乾凈；床感覺像1.35米的，和娃一塊睡都可以；衞生間收拾的乾乾淨淨，無異味，馬桶是智能馬桶；窗簾是遙控的，很乾凈，室內一次性杯子和2小瓶礦泉水是免費的，酒店對面有個立體停車場，上面寫着每日3元，挺便利的！總之，這次體驗很令人滿意，娃們特別喜歡，下次還會來！🌹🌹

吵的要死。八點左右幾個保潔阿姨就在外面大喊大叫聊天，好不容易休假選這個酒店一點都沒休息好。酒店隔音太差，凌晨五點被隔壁大喊大叫吵醒，八點又被外面的保潔吵醒，幾個保潔在外面大叫大笑的。一點都不考慮顧客的感受。再也不會住這家酒店了，無語。

衞生可以，每天都有服務員打掃衞生，設備也很齊全，環境不錯，服務一般，離車站主要很近，很喜歡，下次還會入住

衞生方面還需提升，打掃衞生不仔細不徹底，客房服務態度還是挺好的.很熱情。設施方面缺少日常維護和保養，有個別物品是壞的，不能正常使用。隔音效果基本還行，前台服務很一般。

酒店地理位置還可以，很好找，設施設備較新，衞生還可以，環境還行，服務一般，沒什麼特別之處，房間大部分東西都是花錢消費的，燒不了熱水，住房時候謹慎使用房間物品，馬桶墊都要花錢
