Perfect hotel for star city. Staff were really friendly especially Claudette when we checked in. Definitely would stay again.

Friendly professional staff even when it was extremely busy over breakfast
Rooms very clean and well stocked
We had to turn the room ventilation/heating off as it was warm enough for us
Great location for us - we were attending a women’s football game at Aston which was a 30 minute walk away.
Lots of eateries over the way.
The only negative I can comment on was the fact the road sign was not lit so we missed the turn off as it’s tucked down a little slip road.
We had a good stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

The hotel facilities are clean and neat, services are great, members of staff are friendly. And the shower tray with seating is very considerate to the user.

Good location, road works made it longer to get around. Had to go to reception to get amenities they don’t deliver to room. Food was good
