Positives: I love the muffin you get on arrival!
The hotel has a nice bar and sitting ara too.
Negative: The room I was staying did not have a desk. There was a fold away table on the wall that was broken. It wouldn’t fit in the tiny space between the wall and bed even if it was not broken.

Best Hotel I have stayed in. Plus reasonable price. Fabulous breakfast. Bonus- free use of swimming pool,sauna ,steam room and gym just across the road as it is by Aston University ( sports centre). It's definitely a plus

Conference Aston Hotel in Birmingham offers a great stay with a fantastic breakfast, super easy check-in and check-out, and incredibly friendly staff. Would definitely recommend !

As a 4 star hotel, you would expect a box of tissues in your room.
The bath was too high and not easy to get in and out.
The room was located a libby of the floor, lots of doors shutting nouse disturbed me.
The room was extremely small even though I booked it for 2 and was on my own.

Hotel was clean just a bit of dust on the headboard and the sink needed a wipe over but other than that fairly clean. Nice location and staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The place was nice and clean. The only inconvenience was an additional charge for the car park. I would think that there will be at least some discount for guests yet had to pay 19£ for a night. There is a swimming pool but you have to book it in advance ,either on some app or make a phone call ,which I found bizarre.

Excellent stay! Staff were helpful and polite.
Room was clean and tidy. Close to town. Breakfast wa nice. I would stay there again.
Unfortunately didn’t take photos.
