Myself and my sister stay here every year(during Crufts). It's a small hotel with very friendly staff members,the rooms are spotless and comfortable and the breakfasts are always cooked to order, and are hot and fresh. We would choose this hotel time and time again.

Absolutely love this Premier Inn. Fantastic friendly team who can't do enough to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Very clean, quiet and easy to get to. We stayed there whilst visiting the NEC (as we do every year). Extremely comfortable beds and super tasty breakfast, all freshly cooked to order. See you next year 😊

The Premier Inn Great Barr was the perfect place for an overnight between our visits to crufts! All the staff and especially Lisa, were so helpful and friendly and the sleep and breakfast were up to the usual high standards. The Inn is easy to find, just off the M6, with ample parking and spacious rooms.

Very comfortable stay. Lisa and the team were very polite and helpful in the morning whilst we were having breakfast. I would recommend staying here again to anyone who is going to the NEC as it’s only a short journey if you need somewhere to save some cost .

Upon arriving we were greeted warmly and we booked in opting to pay the extra for an early check in. The room we had was the standard double which was great for our needs, however when we were leaving later to meet family we discovered the door would not lock this was reported to reception who assured us this would be looked into whilst we were away. Whilst out we had a phone call informing us of the progress and that our room had been changed. When we returned later reception had relocated us to another room, and reduced our bill as compensation for the inconvenience Lisa the staff member we dealt with was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Although we had a slight problem with the room I can say confidently that the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and I will certainly stop here again on my next visit home.

Everything was fantastic, staff, cleanliness, comfort quiet. Cannot fault definitely recommend . Staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was cooked fresh. We could have as much as we wanted with unlimited coffee/tea. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel. Good options with heater and fan to achieve the optimum temperature. Comfortable bed. Great wifi and free parking. Good choices for continental and cooked breakfast options. Lisa the Duty Manager made my day and my stay. She was so friendly and welcoming.

Lisa was very welcoming on arrival, great nights sleep, room is very spacious for one . plenty of spaces to park. If you don’t fancy eating at the premier inn there are local restaurants/takeaways to choose from. I highly recommend this Premier Inn
