Amenities is generally good including on site launderette but the gym was quite small and often busy. Overall a good stay.

We arrived by coach. It is 2 minute walk from the station. The room is nice and clean except amirror outside closet is broken.

Good location to central city and coach centre , very convenient, clean hotel
Amenities are quite sufficiently provided
Also at the entrance on the left side of Bull Ring Centre there’s a nice vegetable fruits n cheese marketplace ( Sunday not open)

Lovely location walking distance to bullring. It was easy to get Uber as well. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Would recommend for a centrally located accommodation on a budget.

Central location, friendly staff, very specious room. Only disadvantage was that the water in the bathroom literally went everywhere (until the room).

The location was in a prime spot. Next to all the main shopping and Christmas market areas.
The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The kitchenette was well equipped for self-catering if required.
The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.
Although no parking on site, they have a deal with the nearby car park for £5 for 24 hours. The car park was safe and secure, and it was located a few minutes away.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. It's definitely a consideration for future trips.

Very nice breakfast and incredibly friendly staff. Location good if you want to be in the centre of Birmingham but the area leaves a lot to be desired.
