It turns out that breakfast at this place starts only at 8:00 AM, which is quite inconvenient for many guests. Ideally, breakfast should be available from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. Additionally, when I approached the reception at 7:30 AM, no personnel were present. When someone finally arrived, they were unsure about the breakfast time—one said it was at 7:30, and another later said 8:00. This confusion led me to wait unnecessarily for 30 minutes.
Moreover, my second booking was not found in their system. As a result, I had to make a new booking on the spot, which ended up costing more than the original reservation I had made online.

This hotel is newly built near Osh Bazaar. The staff Rustam, Risbek, Amantof (forgive me, im not sure of the spelling of their names) assisted us very well during our 5 nights stay. All of their staff can speak English. The rooms are big, they also have lifts which is convenient for guests with heavy luggage. They have own parking too. Their breakfast is good.
Thankful that we have stayed here in this hotel.

Check in/out was smooth with no problems. There was a breakfast but I didn’t try it due to eating late previous nights. Wifi is good and strong. Good shower but water pressure drops significantly in the morning as all the guests are using the bathroom - outwith those times it is great.
Room was clean and comfortable. Kettle/tea/coffee provided. There is a mini market(Magazine) 2mins away across the street for water, drinks, smacks etc I had a car so I was using parking. It’s a small space for only a handful of vehicles but I had no problem parking there. I would book again next time I am in Bishkek. Yandex Taxi are incredibly cheap to use so it is no big deal about the location.
A slight smell from the toilet now and again was the only minus and I had to really think about that.

The hotel is in a good location not far from the city center. The 5th floor room is small and inconvenient to put things. There are few power outlets, and the installation is not suitable for use. There are no foot towels in the bathroom. It seems to be an additional room even though I booked in advance. The breakfast is not good, not delicious, not prepared enough, and there is no staff to refill the food. The floor is not clean, the things are scattered, not suitable for a place that should have better food and service.

Staff - Friendly, polite, and helpful. They also speak good-enough English, which was useful.
Location - Close to the Osh bazaar, banks, mini markets, and some eateries.
Rooms—The rooms were sparkling clean, and the view on the 5th floor was nice. The air conditioner, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked well.
I would stay here again.

Расположение отеля в доступности от центра города, в шаговой доступности остановка общественного транспорта, что вполне удобно добраться до любого места.
В 10 мин ходьбы расположен Ошский рынок, для любителей базаров и торговли есть чем заняться.
Рядом есть мини магазин, если вдруг нужно что-то.
В номере есть все удобства-чайник, посуда, мыльные принадлежности, только нет холодильника(

Расположение отеля рядом с Ошским рынком - с одной стороны, не в центре. А с другой стороны - это возможность избежать автомобильные пробки.
Отель и номер в отеле выглядят очень достойно: кондиционер, большая комната и маленький эргономичный санузел. Есть чайник и чашки. Холодильника нет.
Из минусов:
1. Заселение. Когда я приехала, на ресепшен никого не было. Я ходила по первому этажу и искала сотрудников.
Когда сотрудница нашлась, она бодро сказала, что мое полностью оплаченное бронирование вообще не видит. Но свободные номера есть и она может сделать мне бронирование заново.
Я попросила ее позвонить руководству и уточнить, как могли потерять мое бронирование и мою оплату. Мне удалось уговорить ее позвонить, в итоге ей по телефону сказали, как найти бронирование.
2. Насекомые. В моем номере были большие кузнечики. Я не люблю насекомых, которые ночью прыгают по номеру.
3. Уборка. За 6 ночей в номере 3 раза забрали мусор из корзины и 1 раз сменили полотенца.
4. Завтраки. При заселении сказали, что завтраки с 8 до 11 часов. Но в 8 часов утра комната для завтракаков была пустой, сотрудники сказали подождать минут 15. Поэтому за 6 суток проживания я пришла на завтрак только 3 дня, когда не торопилась никуда.
В целом это хороший отель, с хорошими номерами и вкусными завтраками, но очень ленивыми сотрудниками.
