Stayed here prior to doing the Exploratour hike from the Julier pass and it was the perfect base as it is steps away from the bus stop and they also start serving breakfast already at seven. The room wqs very comfortable and the view of the mountains from the balcony was stunning. The staff was the best part though, helpful, kind and talkative when needed. Best to think ahead if wanting to book as they can easily fill up especially in the wintertime despite the size of the building.

The reception wasn't occupied usually. At the check-in we were waiting abpout 15 min. until someone came. All the rest was ok. Price/quality is appropriate

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, par du personnel très sympatique et compétent. Les appartements étaient parfaits pour notre groupes, confortables et bien équipés Superbe buffet de petit déjeuner Menus de la formule demi-pension délicieux et variés

Das Hotel ist an sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und vor allem das Badezimmer ist wunderbar modern. Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Beeindruckend grosser Raum für das Frühstück, kein Gedränge.

Ich kannte dieses Hotel schon vor 50 Jahren. Mein Kompliment zum klassisch gepflegten Umbau. Im Zimmer fehlte mir Tisch und Stuhl als Schreibplatz. Im Übrigen beste Ausstattung. Personal unauffällig, meist auf Abruf (Fachkräftemangel ?)

Ein schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal ergaben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Bivio. Das Gebäude ist nicht mehr das neuste, aber schön renoviert bzw. gut unterhalten. Die Lage direkt beim Kinderskilift machen es perfekt für Familien.

Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie, grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sehr sauber, schönes, kleines Spa. Die Bündner Nusstorte war wunderbar! Praktischer Skiraum im Hoteleingang. Einziger negativer Punk: Das Zimmer war zu fest geheizt

Die Bedienung und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren während des ganzen Aufenthaltes super. Das Essen im eignen Restaurant war sehr lecker und sie gingen auf alle Wünsche ein die angebracht wurden. Die Lage direkt neben dem Kinder-Skilift ist sehr praktisch und hat sehr viel zu unserem schönen Ski-Urlaub beigetragen.
