great welcome on arrival, hotel well designed and modern, room very comfortable and clean, bed okay, breakfast was probably one of the best i have had, all freshly cooked, definately come back here, very close to the main areas and promenade in blackpool,

Stayed here a couple years ago ,on this trip to Blackpool we walked past the rockley as we did not recognise it .they have transformed the outside . entered the hotel and it's been renovated to a high standard. Next morning we went for breakfast and it was amazing.newly renovated dining room ,fresh fruit ,pastries ,then an awesome full English with proper butcher sausages .rooms were clean ,beds were clean and comfy. With great hosts all in all one.of blackpools best

Very friendly hosts who could not do enough for you. We had the small double at the top with a great view of The Tower. Comfy, warm and clean room room. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice to cater for all tastes. Great location near the Tower. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

From the minute we arrived to check out time the hosts were amazing. The breakfast they provided was brilliant has they provided both a continental, with different items to cater for all tastes + a full english. Room and bathroom was clean with no issues. Only issue was the placing of the tv on the wall , which could have been placed on the wall in front of the bed so you didn't have to look up to watch it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very warm welcome from Michelle the owner , this delightful hotel with lots of charm, and a well stocked bar. also Within easy walking distance of the Tower , The full English breakfast was absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend The Rockley Hotel.

Appalling attitude and service. The bathroom was the size of a cupboard with a cracked shower tray and dirty. When I complained to the proprietor they said I had a choice of stay or go. I tried to point out that I was upset and it wasn’t as advertised so he told me to leave and they are refusing to refund my money. I was upset as this was a weekend treat for my 60th birthday.

I have Stopped there twice now. The place is clean and tidy, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, it’s smack in the town centre close to all the attractions and a stones throw from the train station. The breakfast alone deserves 5 stars! I would thoroughly recommend

What a wonderful little gem of a hotel, we were only there one night as we went to see a show at The Winter Gardens, this hotel is perfectly placed for that, just a 5 min walk Den and Jamie are fantastic hosts and we were made to feel like we were long lost friends. Very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast and a wonderful little bar area. We will definitely be back

This is the fifth time we have been in this hotel and we we will now go nowhere else .the owners Dennis and Jamie are first class they cannot do enough for you.the breakfast is outstanding, property is located in town centre and is great value for money highly recommended a real gem of a place.
