Hotel parking is ridicules, however there us ample parking right next to hotel £14.00 for 24 hours. Reception area was clean and tidy and check in was fast and straightforward. Rooms clean and they come with a fan which was fantastic. Beds were ok. Location was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

I was truly disappointed with the hotels services E.g The WiFi was not working in the bedrooms and only in the lobby.The receptionist were not that polite.My daughter who is deaf was told when she complained about the WiFi and she was told that it’s not the hotels responsibility for the WiFi.

預約了兩大一小，到後講無房給我，只有雙人房，我答我就係book雙人房，她們話雙人房不能有小朋友，叫我同Trip.com退錢。我話但trip.com顯示得我先book,甘我而家加錢book多間她又答無房，最後我理論左好耐就安排雙人房加叠床給我，希望trip.com了解清楚此酒店能入住人數，以免有下一個受害者。

been a few times now staff friendly room clean breakfast good our daughter is a celiac was able to have some of breakfast thing took our own toaster so she could do our own gluten free toast crumpets ect not much she could eat on the dinner time menu though but we knew that and took some food with us for her but still a lkovely stay

Stay here frequently, always have a pleasant stay. Lovely food cooked by Lewis, brilliant service from Eva on the bar. Look forward to coming back next year.

Great hotel good location in Blackpool close to sandcastle and the velvet coaster for a cheap tea tram stop only 2 minutes away so u can see the famous Blackpool lights the hotel has very friendly staff vending machine seating area and bar with restaurant if u want to stay in and the breakfast is amazing unlimited and drinks are too our room was on 2nd floor via lift family room with double bed and 2 singles all clean tv tea coffee facilities desk and chairs with good lighting bathroom with shower over bath loo and sink with clean white towels all u need for a great stay except the carpark is quite small

We've stayed her several times over the years and have never had a poor stay. Clean rooms, parking,perfect.
