We could not fault the welcome we received. Lovely reception team. Ladies serving breakfast were real gems, down to earth and friendly.. breakfast was great and excellent quality and price. Everywhere was very clean but just a little tired. It's a large hotel that must take a lot to keep up to date. However for a great price it's a good hotel in a great part of town .

Brilliant stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Family of 5. Hotel was brilliant loads better than I expected for a typical Blackpool b&b. We spent time in the lounge for drinks and kids were entertained by the small arcade and games room. Perfect for family’s visiting BP will little ones. I’d defo recommend and we will be back! Staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Lovely place. Great staff that couldn’t have done more for us. I have mobility issues and they bought breakfast to us in a separate dining room so we didn’t have to go down the stairs to the main breakfast room. Bar a great addition after a cold trip down the illuminations. Will definitely be back

What a fabulous place to stay. Warm welcome, spotless, modern. Staff cannot do enough for you. Bedding and towels amazing. Bar prices were very good. Lovely games rooms. Breakfast was exceptional, possibly too much! Very surprised at how lovely the hotel was. So many things close by; shops, arcades, funfair. Special mention to Daniel on reception and bar. So helpful.

Classic Blackpool Hotel. Staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The room was snugg, but we didn't go to Blackpool to sit in our room, so it was perfectly fine for our needs. Clean and tidy, and the bedding and pillows were really comfortable. We didn't use the lounge, but it did look like a nice place to sit of evening and there were pool and air hockey games to keep the kids occupied. Location for the South pier, Pleasure Beach, and Water Park was perfect and the tram stop was a 3 min walk if you wish to travel iup the front. We even managed to use the free on street parking that was opposite the hotel for the 3 days of our visit. It's not the Ritz, but then again, you are not paying for the Ritz. Very affordable family hotel with an amazing breakfast with lots of choice.

Book the superior suit which down in the basement next to the breakfast room. The room smelt of mould, the carpets were wet, the toilet had a certain thing left in it, there was brown marks on the bed, the water was running brown and there was no mugs or cups left for us and there was a window in which anyone in the games room could look into the bedroom. One of us was basically sleeping on the floor and we were woken up to people eating breakfast and we had to walk through them all to actually get out of the building.

Absolutely amazing, i went with my hubby as a weekend break but next time we will take the kids, Breakfast was amazing, fantastic welcome and breakfast service nithing is a trouble they are just there for you as a guest , very clean and tidy, i would highly recommend this hotel

Brilliant place, staff so friendly and accommodating, a breakfast that's great for the day ahead....as a lot of b&B's in Blackpool falter this place bucks the trend, believe the reviews, will 100% be back, keep up the good work guys.
