The accommodation impresses with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location near attractions. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms and varied, delicious breakfast. However, no disadvantages were mentioned.

Location of this place is probably one of the only good things I can say about it. It’s just a few minutes walk to the pleasure beach which was the reason I booked it as we were here for my sons 21st birthday. We only stayed for 1 night which was ok I suppose but definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. The room was uncomfortable, the bed was a fold up kind with a very lumpy mattress so I didn’t get a very good sleep at all. Also bed is pushed up against the wall that has a radiator on which was awkward as I was up a few times in the night to use the toilet. Overall it was clean but wasn’t a room I would want to spend much time in. Breakfast was mediocre which surprised me as all other reviews rave about it so was quite disappointed with what we got. The bar area is nice but the rooms really did let this hotel down.

Myself, my partner and 9 week daughter have just came back from a brilliant two night stay at this hotel. We arrived early as we traveled by train from glasgow. We asked if the hotel would keep our bags until we could check in and they were happy to do so. After going a walk about blackpool we came back and checked in the staff at check in were amazing changing our room from high up to ground floor so it was easier with our daughter. We also received a beer each on arrival. Rooms were clean and extremly comfortable. We got a travel cot at a £5 charge for the 2 nights which we did not mind paying. Staff were happy to get extra linings if we needed them but i brought my daughter bedding with me. Nothing was to much trouble for staff. There was an area to keep prams at night so they didnt take up space in your room. Also having access to a microwave to sterilise bottles was amazing as its quicker than using milton. The bar was great place to chill with prices not expensive at all. The games room was great for kids and adults. We never added breakfast as we didnt know if we would be up with our daughter during the times or not but heard it was great. Hotel is in a great location and quiter than further up which was great for a good nights sleep. Thank you to all the staff for making our first family holiday so easy we will back for sure!
