The Wilton Hotel

Our room was exactly as advertised. Clean and custom. If there was anything we needed Chris was on hand to help. Our hosts were excellent- so helpful and cheerful. Chris was very knowledgeable and as I had never been to Blackpool he steered us in all the right directions for all of our stay. A big thank you to them for turning weekend around for us after being badly let down.

Really comfy stay, excellent host . Car parking was a bonus too. Lovely little onsite bar. Great breakfast with top quality coffee

Value for money. Very good customer service. I had some issue in my room, which has been sorted quickly and efficiently. Perfect location, close to the Promenade. Walkable and convenient.

Mx 5 club visit- lovely break, with really excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for you. We had DBB and the food was all home made and delicious . The hotel also has a bar which was great for get togethers at night, and very reasonably priced drinks. Well recommended !!

On arrival the host was very friendly and helpful. The car park is around the back of the hotel which you can access through an extremely narrow archway. It took a few attempts and some guidance but we got there eventually. As soon as we walked into our room, we were extremely disappointed. There were crumbs all over the floor as though it hadn’t been hoovered. There was a hoover in the hallway so I used that, especially given the fact I have a one year old who picks everything up and puts it straight in her mouth. The plugs in the room weren’t working, which meant I couldn’t charge my phone for the pleasure beach the following day. I barely managed any pics because of this. There was damp in the bathroom and it wasn’t clean at all. The lock on the inside of our bedroom door wasn’t working, and being a single mum with 3 young children, I found this very worrying. There was also an old sweet lying next to the bed which had mould all over it. The room was really run down and very unclean. I absolutely wouldn’t stay here again. We deceived to stay another night in another B & B around the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. It's a great value hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and Chris and Josh made us feel very welcome. The hotel is centrally situated between the town and Pleasure Beach. The on site parking is ideal. Would highly recommend.
