Our 4th stay year on year for the Grand National weekend, as ever, great host in Graham, clean room, nicely decorated, room warm with heater, tiny downside was the room was a touch small (Room 5), have already booked for next year in a bigger room, fantastic hotel, can't wait! Great beakfast as well, brilliant price for what you get, thank you.

I can't fault this hotel at all, stopped for one night with friends, The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, went above and beyond, nothing was too much, will definitely be using this hotel again. Breakfast was included, the choice was amazing and the cooked breakfast was very tasty.

First visit at the Trentham Hotel, warm welcome on arrival even though we were a little early. We're able to get into out room straight away. Room was small but had everything you needed and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed at this lovely hotel, manager couldn't do enough for us, went with 2 other couples and they gave us all rooms next to each other, manager even managed to put some birthday banners up and came out with a cake to surprise our friend for his birthday, Rooms are cosy, warm and clean, would definitely stay here again, thanks for making our weekend enjoyable

disgusted by the state of this hotel it was absolutely FILTHY the bed was so disgusting I slept on towels and wore my clothes. The mattress and cover was full of stains of all kinds, the quilt more like a sheet it was so old. The bathroom was gross didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages. I was bitten to bits bit unfortunately couldnt afford to go to another place. The breakfast buffet was ok but the cooked breakfast was unedabile the bacon was like it had been warmed up a few times, hygiene of servers was a concern and very off putting. Our stay at this place ruined our weekend. It needs a deep clean and looking into

Room very small, cold, dirty marks up.curtains and in bathroom, bed a double but very cheap hardboard base, mattress uncomfortable. Only 1 bedside table and no plug sockets next to bed. Wifi very poor and used data as was quicker. Would not recommend at all, over priced for quality and size of room.

Lovely home from home, very well presented and fresh decor. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast included was great value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. Within walking distance of the rail station and other attractions.

Last minute get away, booked this accommodation Saturday morning arrived at 13:30. Graham was very welcoming and helpful. Bags dropped off and headed out for the rest of the day. Arrived back around 9:30pm, great night's sleep and breakfast the following morning was amazing, Tea,coffee,juice, cereal, toast and full English. Beautiful, well done Graham and staff Thank you

Been going to this hotel for past 2 years I private messaged graham the owner as he said when we book it was best rather than going through agents I inbox graham in April of this year asking for a room again and he said no problem for October this year I’ve asked in the past would he like a deposit he as always said no pay in day so I got the understanding everything was ok I’ve in boxed him today to make sure everything is still ok and he’s not got a room available I’ve booked coach tickets for that date he offered me the Friday in which is no good I’m fuming I understand times are hard but I wasn’t asked for a deposit as we been a few times to secure the room I would of payed if asked I think his customer service is disappointing and disgusting and would not recommend this hotel
