I was so happy to have this property booked and confirmed for my upcoming visit to Iceland, but woke up this morning and found the message from the property that they changed their mind and they are cancelling my reservation. Having 97% properties booked for those dates leaving the family of 5 outside - worst customer service I was glad to have all notifications on and I saw the message. I can not imaging I arrived and sit in the middle of nowhere with their unresponsible decisions.
