Cottonwood Guesthouse Oasis

Comfortable, quiet, and welcoming! The room was clean and cozy, the garden peaceful, and the staff very friendly. Safe parking and a great location made it a perfect stopover. Highly recommended!

In short, the room we booked using a platform ended up looking nothing like it had been shown on the website. The two bedroom family suite, was a converted garage with a double bed, a bunk bed, a divider between the room housing these & the bathroom. And a TV above the kitchen sink which meant you could not even wash your coffee cup in the morning. The explanation from the manager was that the platform must have made a mistake, as that which was advertised was the family suite luxury & that which we booked was the family suite.

BAD!!!!! Poor to no service, made a double booking with my friend and did not pay her money back. Reception very dirty

I can rate everything excellent except for our room, where there was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. We travelled with our granddaughters, and it was quite awkward.

Only 2 things, the Door handle between the 2 Rooms was already broken on arrival, the plate of tap in shower was not installed and was laying in Window lane.

I sent a message with our ETA - with no reply The room inside was made up of all their old left over furniture and linen There is a crack in the wall in the corner wide enough to let a cat through The bathroom wall was not straight - everything was delapidated

Travelled from Cape Town to Pretoria with three small dogs. Each room has its own enclosed area for pets. Perfect location ... and lovely rooms.

Caretaker warm and pleasant. Everything prepped on time. The place was quiet, clean and good I would stay there again

The rooms have floor rug that stinks, and there were unknown animals crawling on the room at night. When such reported the owner said it was birds (Pikok)
