The location of the place is not my ideal place but the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy to live in.

We were driving from Eastern Cape heading to Joburg. We got tired while enroute and decided to take a break at this beautiful spot. The booking was swift and uncomplicated, the receptionists were helpful and welcoming. The property offers the most required items for both short and long stay. It was super peaceful.

Place was fine and the people was friendly. Will definitely visit again, rooms are big enough and spacious for even 3 people. Only the price for one night stay is a bit expensive, please check prices.

The staff was friendly and very helpful on arrival. The rooms was neat and clean and we had a great experience with the guesthouse. I will highly recommend the guesthouse to anyone that want to sleep in Bloemfontein.

Please fix the Aircon or atleast put fans in the rooms. We barely slept because of the heat. Otherwise the place was good and clean,will definitely sleep there again when we travel with my family if there is Aircon lol. Thank you

The room in overall was perfect BUT t. I bathed with cold water. I went back on the 26th departed on 27th still there was no hot water. I was so disappointed bcs my 1st two visits in oct was satisfying.

For such a big and long standing Lodge it was very disappointing. Taps didn't work properly, aircon was not at its best, too little towels and cutlery, the yard was not very clean, the laundry does not have a tumble dryer for rainy days.

Old dated not well maintained, barth room and shower horrible , room not great beds horrible, over all the place need urgent revamping if they want to attract more business , i will not make use of them again.

The chefs are complain when they have to give something for eg takeaway food Everytime there has to be a fight before they do .Either than that everything is super superb I'm thinking of taking a vacation with my family.thank you
