Hotels near University of the Free State, Bloemfontein

I saw good reviews before coming, so I chose to stay in this place very firmly. After coming, I found that this was a very correct decision, and on the first day of the trip here, I came back because of the taxi company intermediary, I met a very rude man. Then I told the landlord grandmother about this unhappy thing, she comforted me patiently and helped me recover my emotions, and made me tea and made me a delicious sandwich. We had been chatting in the middle, and she kept comforting me and made me feel very warm. Grandpa was very good, from the beginning to recommend shuttle car to me, to every morning on time and delicious breakfast and after I go home, I care about how I have a day, really like my family, I will be happy to share with them I have a day. Not only is this guest house with humanistic care, its facilities and configuration are also very good. If I will return to South Africa and return to Blomfontaine later, I will definitely come back and see you again. Thank you very much for your help and care and support during this time. Before coming here, I saw very good reviews, so I chose to live here firmly. After coming here, I found out that this was a very correct decision. On the first day of visiting here, due to a very impolite man, I was sad on the way back. Then I told Lettie about this unhappy thing. She comforted me very patiently, helped me recover my mood, and made tea for me to drink and delicious sandwiches for me to eat. We were chatting at that time and she kept comforting me, which made me feel very warm. Her husband is also nice. From recommending the shuttle car to me at the very beginning, to making the punctual and delicious breakfast every morning and caring about how my day was after I got home. I am also very willing to share with them whether my day was good or not. Not only is it such a guest House with humanistic care, but its own facilities and configuration are also very good. 2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.

Comfortable, quiet, and welcoming! The room was clean and cozy, the garden peaceful, and the staff very friendly. Safe parking and a great location made it a perfect stopover. Highly recommended!

Professional, clean, well kept, and the place was warm inside which is always nice in the winter. Will definitely visit again when in the area, 10 / 10 would recommend!

Everything about the place is excellent. I fully enjoyed my stay. The place is clean and quiet. The reception from owners was out of this world considering that I checked in  very late.  Loved how they accommodated every request I had.

It was a good stay, no problems.

I enjoyed my stay and the services were perfect. I would love that there would be charging ports and a kitchenette in the room but otherwise it’s perfect.

The location of the place is not my ideal place but the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy to live in.

I was not happy with the attitude of the receptionist.
