The situation is bad. Opposite is a farm and no buildings. Shops very far away - not possible without a car. Parking is very tight. The landlord's garages must be kept clear day/night. The landlord lives in the house with his family.

We liked it here, everything you need was there. It was clean and cozy. The area is ideal for cycling and it is not far to the coast, with Greetsiel being a must. We can really recommend this apartment.
