Good location! Room is so nice and clean. Walmart is just a block away!

Great location and amenities. The staff were always quick and available to answer any questions or provide items needed. The room was clean and had everything we expected. Towels, bed, room and all-around hotel smelled clean. There’s always someone cleaning around the hotel. They also had plenty of staff to address different needs, which is impressive given so many business struggling to keep staff. My only issue was too much chlorine in the pool made it really hard to breathe (maybe they need better air circulation) and it burned everyone’s eyes.  Also, luckily I read the reviews online so I knew to expect the parking fee. But it wasn’t noted on the booking page or website when I looked. But for the rate/deal we got on the room, the parking fee wasn’t a big deal. We came in pretty late each night and was able to find parking, but it was limited so I see what people meant in the reviews. I would definitely stay here again!! Oh and the breakfast was nice and hot and very clean. Plus, lots of options.  Also Outback is right next door, (walk across the lot) for nearby restaurant option.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, would deffinitly stay again. One thing was I was surprised with the cost to park, never was told when I booked. Location was perfect.

The hotel is clean with spacious room. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The shuttle service is great (to the airport or to the mall). The staff was kind and helpful.

We traveled to visit our son and his family for Christmas. The hotel was located just two miles from our son’s home which meant more time with our grandchildren. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms well appointed with everything we could need and the health and fitness room provided us with and opportunity to unwind after a six hour car drive. We will definitely book this hotel again!

The pick-up and drop-off service is very convenient and can be booked directly. This hotel can provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, just ask for them at the front desk. The room is quite large and the location is very convenient. The breakfast provided is not bad. However, the heating in the room is really noisy. For those who want a quiet sleeping environment, you should consider this hotel carefully. I really couldn't sleep all night, which was very painful.

Very satisfied, stayed for two nights in a row. The environment is good and the room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good, especially the young lady at the front desk who responds to requests with patience and meticulousness. The service is very warm and must be praised!

The airport shuttle bus is very convenient However, the front desk service was average. Ctrip paid the full amount online, but the room payment was deducted twice on site.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the mall. Convenient for traveling. Buttle requires a fixed link to make a reservation and cannot be made by phone. It is inconvenient if you need to be picked up from the airport for the first time and taken to the hotel. Moreover, only one of the three of us using American mobile phones was able to make a reservation successfully, and we don’t know why. The hotel itself is okay in all aspects, in line with expectations for accommodation at this price in the United States.

The hotel provides airport and MALL OF AMERICA pick-up services. The front desk reception is also very enthusiastic. The room is clean and the breakfast is good. It is a very good experience.
