The heater in the room was set at 90 when i walked in and it might have been 60. The hot water stayed cold. The shower head was missing and had been replaced with a mtn dew bottle. I checked out immediately.

I got there and they didnt have the double room i had booked they said the toliet was broken so they gave me two singles and then couldnt access 2nd room so had to be given a 3rd roomafter waiting over n hr then i came back on day two of my stay and couldnt access my room again. Luckily i got a full refund but other than that i wouldn't re book this place again if you paid me.

Hotel was under remodel; floors had sticky spots. Reserved/paid for queen studio and since they could not find my reservation, just gave me a double for the night.

My non smoking room smelled so strongly of cigarettes we ended up leaving and finding a new hotel. We could still smell the cigarettes on our clothes even though we were only there for 3 min. The entire place had a very unsafe feel to it.

The shower didn’t have hot water, it didn’t smell the nicest, the worker at the front desk ignored me for 15 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting. Ceiling had a water leak. Kitchen sink had previous guests food left in it.

Got my reservation months ago. Hotel called an hour before check-in to say they were booked and could not accommodate me. Unacceptable. Bad business. Why bother getting a reservation?!?!

Even though smoke free, still smelled of smoke. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Nice amenities for the price at check in
