NOT PET FRIENDLY AS THEY SAY THEY ARE! And then don't refund me after having paid for a night, and being told that they don't accept French Bulldogs. A simple refund would've sufficed, but they rather wanted a cancellation- which clearly stated that if I cancelled, no refund would be processed. So, check mate. Subsequent comms have been rude, disinterested and straight up frustrating. A most unpleasant experience after a long road trip Sort your false advertising, your refund policies and your communications out!

We stayed in Nautilus BNB for 8 nights in December as we were visiting family in BWB from abroad. From the beginning of the booking process to the end of our stay they could not have been more accommodating of our needs for a family of 4 (2 children, 1 being at toddler). The apartment we stayed in was very well furnished and had everything we needed. The aircon was also very welcome with the heat and breakfast was delicious. Thank you Lavuka and team, we will definitely be staying again.

This place was incredible, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The property is beautiful and well-maintained with breathtaking views. The delicious breakfast and outstanding customer service made our stay even better, Lavuka is truly a gem and we appreciate her personable and professional nature. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Amazing, such beautiful views and stunning interiors. It smells so fresh and the beds are so comfortable. They are extremely caring for their guests. 10 out of 10 experience!Would definitely stay again! The host even called to welcome us back again.Super impressed!

If you are looking for a place to stay in PE I highly recommend Nautilus guest house. The place is clean and well taken care of, the breakfast is excellent and the host is the best. The views are amazing, definitely coming back soon.

Great place, clean and peaceful. 5 minute walk to Bluewater Beach. Staff members went above and beyond for us, even drove us to the mall serval times to make sure we was safe. Price for value. I will definitely book again when I go to PE.
