Lovely big and clean room with city view, smells nice, comfortable lights and pillows. The showers were nice, provided hairdryer, clean towels, shower gels and shampoo etc too!

We came to Newcastle for our kid’s graduation and The hotel is very conveniently located. We booked 2 room on the 3rd floor street wise. The double room ie very quiet and spacious enough:. We got confused with the cleaning service as sometimes the mugs had not been cleaned and replaced by two new. One day I requested the room to be cleaned in the morning but by the time we came bac at 3:00 pm the room was just about to be cleaned, which was inconvenient for us. It would be great if the room was equipped with black out curtains as we got early morning light that woke us up. However , all in all a positive experience with friendly reception staff

They don’t refund even I could not check in. The train to the Rome airport has been cancelled, so I could not catch the plane to Newcastle. I kindly told them my condition and request, but failed at last and won’t have one penny back. Real sad experience.

Location is very good, clean, tidy.
We booked twin room, but not available, so front desk offer us a family room, with 3 beds. 😊
