Good location for a trip to Alton Towers. It takes about 35 minutes in the morning. The bed is not that comfortable and the water pressure for shower is quite weak. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing outside in the morning.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The reception, bar and restaurants are lovely...as are the staff, but a lot of the hotel is in disrepair or neglected. Rubbish, glasses, cigarette butt's, face masks and clothing are strewn on pavements and at doorways around the hotel. This was never picked up, despite complaining. Unfortunately, one of the worst IHG's we've stayed in.

The waiters were friendly. Breakfast is the same every day. There is no air conditioning in summer and it is too hot. Room facilities are average.

The room was very small and next the day room was not clean, no towels. toilet flashing was broken, breakfast was ready good and plenty to choose. I don’t no we going back again. They staff was very nice and friendly too.
