住了好幾天，來的時候打電話打不通電話，打了幾個都沒人接，後面聯繫平台才聯繫到商家，十二點過來辦理入住説房間沒打掃臨時換也沒問題，親自看到打掃阿姨打掃房間衞生不堪一擊，好多地方都要我提醒才會去打掃，更別説沒人監督的時候衞生有多差了，房間的地好多地方直接沒拖，桌子啥的更不用説了，擦都不擦的全是灰。
設施：空調開了跟沒開一樣，聲音大，投影儀不好用，wifi 網絡差，洗衣機都鋪一層灰了
衞生：很差，滿地頭髮，死角處從不清理，特別是浴缸周圍直接不打傘，商家可以自己去感受，
環境：我衹能説差別太大，雖然你商家嘴上説的給我換浴缸房，但是你的那個浴缸我是不敢用，放出來的水全是黃的不説，就連浴缸上的那個桌板都是發黴的，還有就是特別吵特別吵，睡眠不好的謹慎入住
服務：服務態度不好，我不知道衞生是不是一日一掃，但住了幾天一天沒打掃過，還有就是訂的五天我住了四天也提前告訴商家最後一天住不了要走了但是商家説不退錢，叫我自己去聯繫平台，好在平台願意維護客人的權益，大家一定要記住了住幾天訂幾天，不然商家不退費，要不是找平台一分錢都得不到而且找了平台商家也要扣違約金30%，按金你不問商家就不退。要去住的大家參考一下吧，我不推薦去，現實和網上圖片差異太大

房間內是裝修挺好的 主要是周圍環境太差了 樓下在裝修 然後旁邊大清早大爺大媽在唱歌 噪音二重奏 睡不了一點 清晨被吵醒真的煩躁
