Very warm welcome from the young lady on reception - a very clean and well located hotel for the channel tunnel. Would recommend.

Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.

Very disappointing to share breakfast with dogs in the restaurant, 6 to 7 different breeds , yapping and showing aggression towards guests , dog hairs in the room which got on our clothes. The smell of ******** coming from the patio outside which kept coming into the bar area every time someone opened the door. Not an ideal hotel for families, would not stay there again.
