StAff was very nice and pleasant. The yoga team kept us in involved and great atmosphere. The pool was dirty. Needed to be clean. The food could of been better

Good service

Only thing I liked is that it was close to the airport we needed to go and the on beach massage. Horrible bedroom condition. So many things broken in the room. The staff is very demotivated. They say because the are under paid. Very bad hygiene. Staff people eat from the snackbar bin, and touch the food with their bare hands and continue to serve people from the same bin. Almost everything was pork, so I had limited options for eating. (I don't eat pork) The drinks were ok. Very crowded with locals visiting the beach. On site massage on the beach

The dinning was ok The snack bar ( hot dogs/ burgers/ frias were always cold The phone in the room was disconnected The tv was broken , told the receptionist this nothing got fixed At least the AC works

Personal es muy amigable. Los show nocturnos horribles. Falta espacios para niños. No es un hotel para venir con niños pequeños.

Necesitan hacer muchas reparaciones especialmente en los banos el que toco tenia la ducha rota y lava Manos estaba tapado. Fue dificil cuando necesitaba cambiar las toallas. y aunque supuestamente estaban limpias olian mal. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Great location. Right on the beach. Good selection of food at the buffet, with good service. Problems with our room keys malfunctioning and locking us out....quickly taken care of, but it meant returning to front desk repeatedly during our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Esta propiedad no cumple con las expectativas que muestran en su catálogo, mucho ruido a los alrededores , inseguridad, are no privada, habitaciones no confortables, no mucha opción de comidas, al final quería irme desde que entré, y no me dejaron cancelar

personal muy atento y mucha seguridad dentro del hotel.muy buena comida con buena atencion de los meseros.y fuera del hotel habia todo tipo de bares para escojer donde de noche no senti temor de inseguridad.como boricua puedo decir que republica dominicana es el unico pais en el mundo que un boricua no es extranjero se siente un dominicano mas. gracias

This is a 3 stars hotel which provides relatively good facilities and service for the price you pay for. Everything is fine but the poor wifi connectivity.

La facilidadades estan bastante buenas quizas yo pondria cafeteras en los cuartos pq despues de las 10 no hay donde tomar cafe en el hotel..todo lo demas muy bien han mejorado mucho su menu..le doy un 8 de 10.
