Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive

nice place, good location but the food was not very good, except for friday mexican night and the italian restaurant

Of the properties on this ***** this place was okay. As a last minute trip the facility was livable. When we arrived the elevator was broken so only one elevator was operational with a max occupancy of 5. The walkability from down town was about an hour. The food and drinks were okay with the all inclusive option. The annoying part about the property was they will walk around consistently trying to sell you a time share.

The poor quality & selection of the food affected our stay the most - it was terrible! The next disappointment was that there was NO fridge or coffee pot in the room! The rooms could use an update - I refer to the wooden louvers in the shower that are basically open to the outside walkway. Also, in order to have the air conditioning on, you have to insert one of the plastic cards that you need in order to get a pool towel - one card is given per person - so if you want a cool room to come back to - you can’t have a pool towel! The long & short of our review is - DON’T GO THERE!

Food was horrible. Water stopped occasionally. AC had very noisy vent. Won't be going back. They give day passes so extremely busy.

There were a lot of reviews stating the building was old, I was hesitant to book with Las Palmas but I am so glad I did. Was the building old? Yes, but it is beautiful. It has a really cool design with a lot of character and features you would not expect. We were, for the most part, the only English speaking guests. But that did not stop us from feeling welcome and understood. The staff was so kind and if they couldn't communicate with us, they found someone who could. The beach access is amazing. The drinks were delicious. There were 3 different restaurants included in the price. The buffet was open from 7am-11am, 1pm-4pm and 6:30pm-11pm. The snack bar is open from 12-5pm. And the al a cart is open in the evenings at 6:30pm. It is a fancier option and you do need a reservation. The adult pool was fantastic, they do monitor it and keep kids out, which is nice. The spa was delightful. It was easy to schedule and very inexpensive. A deep tissue massage (50 minutes) was only $34 USD. I utilized it almost daily. The staff was all so nice and welcoming. Shout out to our favorite person, Guadalupe! He served breakfast at the buffet and then served drinks at the adult only pool. He was so so nice and always made sure to check in on us. He even came over to say goodbye when we were headed out! He was by far our favorite!

The food was not that good and there were roaches in the rooms. Would not stay here again.

Very old property, rooms are very old and dirty with stains on the ceiling and floor, even if the maids try to clean it...it will not clean...the entire property and rooms needs to be renovated ....the video on the website is totally misleading...I booked this hotel based on the video...it looks very inviting but it is not. It is all inclusive but I hate to say the food is reused for lunch and dinner and sometimes breakfast too. I will never stay there ever again. This resort need to be rebuild gain with proper inspection and guidelines.....

This hotel is a good option for vacations, is next to the beach which is really good for morning walking,
