El hotel está infestado de cucarachas. Después de comentarlo con la recepción nos informan es porque acaban de fumigar y nos pasan a otro piso. En el nuevo cuarto también había cucarachas. Nada recomendable. El hotel parece estar remodelado por fuera pero por dentro sigue en un estado deplorable. Se avecina el carnaval de veracruz y parecen no estar listos.

Ala Llegada en medio de un calor pavoroso el lobby del hotel no contaba con aire acondicionado la señorita que nos tomó datos una completa falta de entrenamiento nos hablaba como regañado , se veía remodelado y aparentaba estar muy bien pero en relidad solo fue para darle vista por qué las habitaciones viejas y los baños apestosos se notaron Inmediato , alas 8 de la mañana pasaban las camareras tocando la puerta diciendo servicio!! Servicio !!! Obviamente total imprudencia , los botones sin educación no contestaban el bue so días o buenas tardes y eso si pedían propina la cual fue negada , y al entrar y salir nos pedían quitarnos del espacio de valet parkin. Dentro del hotel siendo que es donde se bajan y suben los huéspedes y ara registrarse en fin una opción menos en veracruz

generé una reservación para quedarme ahí y honestamente desde que entré estaba muy sucio y me temí que la habitación estuviese igual y honestamente carece de limpieza extrema, el lobby sucio, el elevador super sucio, pedí que asearan de nuevo la habitación y la verdad no quedó del todo bien, preferí abandonar el hotel y no quedarme ahí y buscar otra opción; al chico que esté en recepción le falta mucho trato y saber primer contacto hacia los huéspedes, el chico bellboy excelente, su servicio y disposición geniales en todo momento y resolviendo super bien.

Pésimo servicio de todo el personal, no tienen comunicación, te tratan bien cuando consumes del mismo restaurante, que su servicio es malísimo se tarda una eternidad. No lo recomiendo. Cuando intentas quejarte solo te dan la vuelta!

Pésima experiencia! Sucio, viejo y pésima atención! No vayan a este hotel! En el closet había ropa interior del anterior huésped!, el 31 de diciembre NO HABÍA AGUA! no nos pudimos bañar para nuestra cena de fin de año! tuvimos que resolverlo de otra forma, y al otro día tampoco hubo agua! y su respuesta fue que porque había muchos huéspedes! Pedimos reembolso por la pésima experiencia y solamente accedieron a devolver lo de una noche, que fue la que nos salimos! porque ya no aguantamos un segundo más en ese lugar, aparte nada barato, nos fuimos al Holiday Inn Express y costaba casi lo mismo...MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, nos echaron a perder las vacaciones! y no se disculparon ni mostraron alguna preocupación, simplemente no les importó.
