My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderfull time there. Very excellent food, very quite. We enjoyed the whole stay and will come back for sure. The rooms are clean and big enough to feel well. The service is excellent and the owner, Mrs Geiger-Wastl takes care for her guests. Thanks a lot to the whole team. Christine & Thomas K.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in mid May. We liked the location, facilities, food and service but our experience was dampened by the location of the room they gave us. Room no. 8 is dark in a upstairs corner facing a small inner courtyard between the main hotel and the spa building. The room is located above the kitchen and has an unusable balcony facing the buildings wall. As it was fairly warm (no air conditioning) we had to keep the window open especially during the night. In the evening the courtyard was used by the staff for their break time . They had a good time with animated conversation and laughter which we were forced to overhear. In the morning we heard early deliveries and conversations. On the night of our arrival we tried to talk to the front desk for a possible change of room but unfortunately the front desk staff went home after 5pm and nobody was there. When we checked out we commented on the location of room no. 8 but there was no apology or sympathy by the front desk lady. Would we stay there again ? Maybe, provided they give us a better room. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, the waiting staff was friendly, maybe sometimes a little impatient , especially on the first afternoon/evening when we’re not familiar with the facilities.

A delightful hotel with excellent food & spa facilities. The staff were very attentive & on arrival we were shown round the site & everything was explained. There are numerous vegan options at breakfast & dinner & just a great selection of dishes. They also lay on an afternoon salad & cake buffet which was an added bonus. Bodenmais is about an easy 25 minute walk away & the chair lift & toboggan ride at the nearby Silberberg was really good fun. The hotel also provides complementary tickets for the train which is right opposite the hotel. The owner also introduced herself & on our last evening went around all the tables to check how all the guests were. Overall a lovely hotel & really enjoyable vacation. Particular thanks to our waiter Alexander who served us every day of our stay & was so polite & attentive. A real credit to the hotel.

It's always lovely there! We've been there several times with our two dogs and have only positive memories. The rooms are very clean, and the staff in all departments are polite, friendly, and accommodating! The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired, and the treatments are very relaxing! I can't understand the negative reviews here at all! The food is perfect, whether it's breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dinner. We'll definitely be back for a fifth time 😊

Sehr familiär geführtes Haus mit sehr gutem Service. Die Chefin kümmert sich noch selbst um die Gäste und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Essen qualitativ sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Wir waren schon 3 mal da und kommen immer sehr gerne wieder. Familiär geführtes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Essen ist total lecker und vielseitig. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht überlaufen. Es gibt ein vielfältiges Wellnessangebot.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Essen war Top. Weitläufige Spazierwege mit Hund. Sehr ruhig gelegen am Waldrand. Wir waren vor den Osterfeiertagen dort. Nicht überfüllt. Man kann super abschalten und relaxen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Böhmhof und haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht - wir waren so begeistert, dass wir bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub dort gebucht haben. Hier stimmt wirklich alles - das liebevoll geführte Hotel überzeugt durch eine moderne und abwechslungsreiche Küche, sehr hilfsbereites und immer freundliches Personal, eine Chefin, die sich persönlich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert, und eine schöne Wellness-Landschaft. Was wir neben vielen anderen Dingen ganz toll fanden, war das Wochenprogramm mit vielen Tipps für eine gelungene Urlaubsgestaltung, und unser persönliches Highlight waren die täglich wechselnden Farben der Tischdeko in Verbindung mit Informationen über die jeweiligen Farben.

Das familiengeführte Hotel überzeugt von der Buchung bis zur Abreise mit einem freundlichen Service. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr darum den Aufenthalt angenehm und entschleunigt zu genießen. Buslinie und Bahnstation vor der Haustür tragen zur Mobilität ohne Auto bei.
