Friendly staff but zero entertainment

Please stay away from this -5* resort! Been going 3 times to reception to complain and the last time I ask to speak to manager. The guy said you can speak to me. After show him pictures and tell him that the housekeeping coming just to leave new towels he asked me what do you want me to do! All I’m going to do is just upload pictures and say nothing more!

We stayed at this hotel recently and while the property itself is lovely and the staff were generally friendly, there were some serious issues that impacted our stay. The balcony railing in our second-floor room was loose and broken — a major safety concern as we had a young child with us. Despite reporting this to the hotel, nothing was done, which left us anxious and unable to use the balcony. The food became very repetitive after a few days, and while the booking advertised cocktails, staff were only able to serve basic alcoholic drinks and did not know how to make cocktails. In addition, there was no real entertainment provided — only music played through a stereo, which quickly became repetitive and disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential and a nice atmosphere, but these safety and service issues really need addressing before we would consider returning.

The food was very good, but the rooms were extremely dirty — the bedding didn’t seem clean and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Because of this, I don’t think the hotel deserves 5 stars.

A nice and relaxing hotel with a great atmosphere, clean pools, and very, very delicious food. The staff was very polite and the hotel had beautiful surroundings and plants.

This was a horrible experience definitely not 5 star I was there from Aug 18th till the 25th * the room wasn’t cleaned we got there and there was clothes still in the closet * fridge was dirty and had food in it still * kettle was full of limescale * ants all over the sides * the beds mattresses where stained with god knows what and pillows smelt like sweat and armpits * no WiFi unless we was in the lobby * life gard was on his phone all the time to the point my son ended up in hospital with stitches cos he wasnt moving people out the way before other came down the slide *music was discussing play list wasn’t family friendly the N word was in most tracks * staff wasn’t professional when it come to teens in swim were * food there definitely wasn’t much choice * the sun beds was mostly broken every morning I sore dirty glasses fag butts and bottles by the pool side * bad smell going to the pool side I could go on but this is definitely not 5* more like 3 I’ve never felt so let down by a hotel with such good reviews I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want 5 star treatment

Med vedat was the rep for love holidays, he made us feel very welcome. He did an amazing job of booking excursions and giving us a really great deal on the prices. He was also able to recommend and sort out travel for us to get tattoos and for hair braiding. We were so thankful for med. We were able to contact him at anytime via wotsapp which was a great help, I hope to have him again if we come back to Turkey. The hotel itself was very nice with gd selection of food. We were always able to get a sunbed when we needed. There is NO evening entertainment just a bar with some music playing till 2300 Overall we would return again even if it was just to see Med Vedat again

Very nice reception staff and rep was very helpful, did not like having to climb upstairs to get to my room. I would have liked some English food.

This holiday was super great room and wonderful atmosphere and staff welcome anytime the food was great and super entertainment a long trip from the airport was the only let down but a great holiday taken by all .Will try and visit again 5 star

Not a 5 stars..very dirty room and stairs when we arrived late next day they send someone but I can see they have no experience I don't think noone check the cleaning No activities and nothing happens at night time also Food have no variety for kids have no choices because all is about Turkish food..not a 5 * is more a 3* At reception rooms are not bad but A zone is very dirty and old..cleaning supervisor must be in holidays:) because I never saw anything so bad even at pensions . Big bugs appear in the room. Sometimes management is a big deal we can't please everyone i understand but when we arrived I feel i pay a 5* and I was in a very dirty pension..staff doesn't speak English some at reception is fine and bar some but I have to translate for French people..expectations go for 3* Antalya you have 3* as a 5* and staff are friendly

From the minute we arrived for our 2week holiday we felt so welcome staff are so friendly and work long hours day and night .food is ok always something to eat however some people are looking for the bacon black pudding and sausages at breakfast stick to spain etc if want that. Me and my children always found something to eat . Mc Donald's and Burger King is down the road if all fails .Drinks are available all day loads of options . Pool area is beautiful we spent our time in the chill pool occasionally using the slides in the fun one . Bodrum it's self is breathtaking so many beautiful places take lots of sun cream it's ridiculously hot 🔥.

The hotel and the room was clean and comfortable, the service was good, the buffet and bar was good. Everything was quite good except for the room service, it took a while to get cleaned after we asked. But if you visit as a couple have this in mind that it’s not an adult only hotel and there will be lots of kids. Specially in both pools. But it was fine.

First of all, thank you to all the staff who took great care of us during our stay — especially Mr. Ethem and Mr. Mohammed (the General Manager). The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Bodrum Old Town Bazaar. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and alcoholic beverages. The buffet has a good variety of food options, with a nice rotation each day. In the afternoon, there’s also a snack bar where you can grab some food and drinks — all included in the room package. There are two swimming pools: one for a more relaxed vibe and another for fun and entertainment. Both are open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After dinner, you can unwind at the Leon Bistro Bar, which is open from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and offers a great selection of drinks. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bodrum. We’ll definitely come back again!
