We booked a roomeith a balcony and sea view. However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony. They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. We refused and insisted we had, in writing via email, a sea view and balcony. Finally they agreed we could stay in the better room and we weren't charged. Room was great, view excellent with lift in new part of the hotel with lively sunbathing decks. Lunch was excellent. Cocktails were great and all included.

The hotel was far away from the marina area, only way out was taxi otherwise need to walk uphill. The rooms were very average with a lot of insects in and outside the hotel rooms. Very very poor wifi and not suitable for old people as for the rooms need to walk on the stairs. The hotel common areas smelled very good.

After so long in Turkey, this is the worst experience. There is no water in the room. Not only are takeaways not allowed, but you are also not allowed to bring your own water!! You are required to buy it at the hotel bar (consume it here). The breakfast is very poor, with little food, just bread, olives, etc. The service is very poor. In a tourist city, the front desk can't speak English well. You can't see the sunset because it is blocked by the mountains. I don't recommend it at all, negative points.
