Stay away. Hotel been floded and they still keep it operational! Floor on the corridor uneven, floor boards in room have been sanded to cover up the damage. Windows are left open on corridor to get it dry, you also get a nice smell of manure from the local fields. But show must go on. This supposed to be family resort, but you can smoke anywhere outdoors, next to the playground, on the playground, if that is not enough you have shisha bar next to the playground. Food is avarage. Local cuisine, cold meze, fruit ok rest is bland. You have basic food description cards on the buffet, would be nice to know at least which food is spicy. We came across smelly chicken and scrambled eggs, chef told me it is normal that eggs are smelly. Dirty and mouldy, definitely not 5 stars.

This was one of the best vacations I have been to. First and foremost, the staff are incredibly helpful and nice, the food is great and amazing with a huge selection of courses and cuisines, the activities are well planned for children, teenagers and adults. I was thrilled and excited each day I spent there. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to visit Crystal Waterworld. It's a must live experience.

It is a very nice place to stay in Crystal Water World, and it is a great place to stay. Beautiful beds and furniture, a modern LCD, wardrobe, armchair, a balcony and a bathroom with a hairdryer.The infrastructure was great.The swimming pools were extraordinary.The various water slides were very high and everyone felt very happy.The food was delicious and very rich. The staff were very friendly.There was so much to do for all ages, including activities by the animation team: pool games, volleyball, aqua gym, table tennis, archery. The night shows were amazing. It was a very nice hotel.

The hotel was very good. The service was great.The food was good they had a variety of different food. The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice. The special beach was great everyone enjoyed. The animation team were active every day. I definitely recommend it to all family especially those who travel with children.The staff are very friendly. Especially MS.Nasim. Just one weak point is hotel is far from the city center, of course it is recommended for relaxation and enjoying holiday not going shopping 😊

I nearly gave this hotel 1 star but it wasn’t terrible it’s just really poor and so disappointing for the amount of money it cost us (about £6000 for a week…4A 2teens and 1baby) Honestly we just came home gutted. It’s a massive hotel which means a huge number of guests…everywhere is busy! I expected this because of school holidays and I’ve been to big places before but this just felt overwhelming! It took us a couple of days to get our bearings! The rooms are a little dated and on arrival seemed ok…but they were a little dirty when you payed attention to the details(sand on the floor from previous guests, dust etc)…I’d expect more from a 5* and they were only lightly cleaned though out the stay…the last couple of days a sewage smell started to appear. Mini fridge and towels, toilet roll were only restocked when asked…the poor room servicing staff looked run ragged! The food was just ok and none of us are particularly fussy eaters…there was always something but nothing that we massively enjoyed or stood out. Random food at breakfast like stew and broccoli. The main food hall is so loud all the time…we chose to eat at the beach restaurant most evenings as it was quieter. My Dad is a loud Essex man who will chat to anyone, and it was even too much for him. It was so hot eating out there though…try and get to the edge where the sea is, just for some breeze!! That being said, we all got D&V on different occasions…not sure if it was the food or hygiene but it’s not our first time away so are careful with washing hands etc The big pool was nice and where we spent most of our time…difficult to manoeuvre the buggy around because there were sun-beds everywhere but that being said, it meant we always got one!! The toddler pool was nice and the areas seemed quite clean although the two biggest slides were really unsafe…my husband and lots of others very nearly had accidents on them by sliding off the edge. We only went there once but saw a few kids walking round injuries. The beach wasn’t for us…it’s not really sand…it’s more a tiny stone/dust…it makes you very dirty…can’t really play in it or build castles and the sea is super rough….no snorkelling because the rough water plus dust just makes it murky! Spa was so expensive and the ladies were so rough…I said quite a few times ‘that’s too rough’ or ‘ouch’ when they were scrubbing my skin to the bone but they just seemed annoyed with me. My skin did feel nice after but it wasn’t relaxing and enjoyable. I left some sunglasses on the reception chairs and 15m later went back and they never returned. Luckily I managed to get some from the complex opposite which is so much cheaper than the hotel. Felt safe enough to have a wander around but that’s all we ventured out. It’s enough of an effort to walk the length of the hotel!! Like I said not terrible but just came home feeling ill and sad!

Had a 3 person room which was great; good shower comfy beds, decent balcony. It was a side view over the neighbouring hotel which was fine, but it would have been £180 per person to upgrade to a pool view. Food was as expected in an all inclusive. We were there at the end of June and it was wedged. Seats were available but always a rush and always people pushing. Queuing is not something the other holiday makers understand. It was a very Russian and German heavy hotel and the majority just walk to the front of queues of food and the water slides... whether this is ignorance or a lack of understanding is debatable. It is a 10minute bus ride from Belek centre, but that is just a bigger version of the Bazaar outside the hotel. The beach is lovely, but the watersport prices are ridiculous. It is £100 for 15mins on a Jet Ski and they charge an extra £10 if you use your card instead. £200 for 3 people Parasailing, but then they want £70 for the 10photos they take. Got a few pics with a Parrot on my daughters shoulder, they wanted £20 per picture. Overall the hotel is fantastic, with great pools, slides and beach. The food is pretty standard, but still good and the only downside is the ridiculous prices of extras once there.

We visited this hotel in the middle of June for 12 nights as a family two young girls, myself and partner and 17 year old, on arrival at the hotel, the place looks amazing, lovely location, although it isn’t actually Belek as advertised, it’s like 15/20min in a taxi, we’ve had friendlier reception greetings to say the least, place is clean enough, our room was pretty clean, we where put in the back of the hotel and had to cross a bridge, to get to the main pool, not ideal but we could live in with it. The Pros Massive hotel with plenty to do. Every facility you’d need pretty much. Kids club was good for kids, they enjoyed it. Pools where warm and clean, me and kids loved the slides. Great water park facilities. Very good entertainment for all ages. Bar staff where really good couldn’t fault them. Our room was clean, hotel was spotless. Food was of good selection and quality, when you could get near it. The snack bars where good, some staff a little wired. The Cons The restaurant was the worst experience in all our lives, what a joke, total chaos, most nights we had to wait 15-20min to get seated even though we arrived in good time, the queuing was off the scale, impossible to get to everything, never again, poorly run and overcrowded, never seen this anywhere we have ever been that reason alone, I would not rerun to this hotel. Some of the restaurant staff are a joke, not sure who’s managing the staff but they want firing on the spot, first night we where there, we had grown men soon as your back is turned asking for our 17 year olds instagram, I told the waiter straight, they wait for you to not be near your kids and then try and approach them, really sickening and unprofessional behaviour, I caught one of the kitchen staff gesturing to himself and didn’t realise I was watching him, I shouted at him and he ran along like a scared little rat, I complained to gust relations before I ended up doing something silly, nice woman forget her name, she advised that the management will speak with the waiter, not good enough, the whole restaurant experience put a stain on the whole holiday and the hotel in general, I know things like this can happen here in Turkey, however this hotel and restaurant was beyond a joke, would never rerun and advise anyone with a family to stay well away, poor poor standard, you get better service and kids safer In McDonald’s. Take the poorly run service in restaurant and the creepy unprofessional waiters out of the equation and it would have been a very good experience, the kids had a good time as they are too young to know any different, they where happy with kids club, ice cream parlour and the pool. A lot of 5 star facilities with 3 star service, the bar staff where good though give them credit, entertainment was 5 star. A good holiday for the kids ruined by the attitudes of a few creepy restraint staff members.
