the room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta.
the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser.
the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

It's just that there are a lot of stairs if you stay at Seruni 2🥲 just a suggestion. At least there is a lift directly to the Eiffel Tower... poor legs work hard if you stay at Seruni 2😂
The others are already rated D best... the prices are still reasonable with the facilities wuuuahhhh🥰😍😍

I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.
