From a real and responsible perspective, this hotel is relatively cost-effective. The front desk service is very warm and friendly.
The location of the hotel is a bit remote and the breakfast is not very rich. However, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby! !

This was a nicely located (in Chapinero), somewhat funky, boutique hotel with clean rooms. Although I speak very little Spanish, the staff were patient and always pleasant. The restaurant was convenient and served good food. The only "concerns" I had were the absence of an elevator and adequate ventilation. The former was challenging to this basically fit 70 year old male carrying luggage up two floors at about 8500 feet above sea level. The larger loft room understandably lacked an air conditioner, but it had only one small panel window for ventilation. The loft got quite warm for me, in the afternoon. Nonetheless, it was a safe and comfortable hotel near numerous restaurants and bars. More than worth the cost and worthly of consideration on my next trip to Bogota.

The bed is good. Breakfast is good (kitchen and late night staff, all very kind). Be careful before booking, they will give you a rate and once you’re there, they will charge you 20% more, aspect they don’t previously informed. They will put the responsibility on clients’ shoulders when actually are them the ones who are not communicating things appropriately. The girl at the front desk was very patronizing about it, btw. And rude. Bathroom extractor did not work, and they didn’t fix it saying that the technician doesn’t work on Sundays. Anyway… there are hotels that will give you a much better experience for $10 more.

Excellent hotel that hides its game well. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are luxurious and quiet, the breakfast is good, nothing more. You should not stop at the neighborhood or at the entrance which looks like a garage. The price is very attractive on weekends.

A big disappointment: Grace Chapinero has a good location and good service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served in an adjacent bar. The cleanliness, provision of food and service is the opposite: the breakfast room is dirty, there is little food and the guys who served on Sunday looked bad. All this was communicated to the hotel receptionist. It is not worth innovating, the quality-price ratio is bad. A bad choice I don't want to forget: There was no bread or hot milk for breakfast. Furthermore, the presence of the boys who attended was unpresentable. The cutlery was equally dirty. All this discomfort was transmitted to the guys who served as well as the hotel concierge.
