The place is extremely run down. There are stains on the carpet, the elevator is tiny and doesn't seem updated. The shower has mold in the grout. It really doesn't get maintained much. Location is great, but spend the extra money and stay at Jazz or B3, similar price and location. But muuuuch nicer.

Best area and location, have low budget? stay here, you get what you pay for! bathrooms ok, average hotel condition is low but in general clean. Staff at lobby ummm nice but sometimes you don't get a hello or good morning. I did not want to get upset with the food so I did not even try it., lots of great food around the area. Stay only if you need a bed and a shower and go out and enjoy this beautiful city. J

This place was TERRIBLE! Stay away! We booked the so called suite and had mold all over the room.
The shower was impossible to operate. We had to have someone from the front desk come and show us the trick that was needed in order for it to work.
We booked 5 rooms and all of them had many issues. The pillows weighed like 5 pounds and the bed was very uncomfortable.
