Very bad experience dealing with this hotel.
The hotel didn’t try even a little bit to understand and to help to deal with a difficult situation out of my control.
Hotel’s behaviour is surely not kind, nor understanding and only money oriented; very unfriendly.

Location is excellent,beachfront,beside best western
Aircon,cable tv,lights working well
Shower with heater
Faucet water is salty
Bathroom fixtures look old and rusty
Shower sliding door not sliding
Safe box not working/cant be locked
LANDLINE NOT WORKING,WE HAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO THE LOBBY EACH AND EVERY TIME WE NEED SOMETHING
We had it checked but they still werent able to fix it.
they charge you for everything extra, spoon is 50 pesos, hot water 30 pesos per thermos pitcher,etc
They make up room w/o consent/even if we werent in the room.
Restaurant is way over priced.
There is ongoing construction/renovation same floor,very noisy,cant sleep
Smoking area restaurant rooftop or at the parking area at the back of the resort
Parking area gated with security guard
Staff not so good in english
Hope they can improve facilities
