Great rooms, wonderful big comfy bed, amazing shower and the hosts couldn't be more friendly, happy and helpful. Ideal location, breakfast superb. Tea, coffee and biscuits available all day. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone.

Everey thing was perfect. Paula verynice and kelpfull and the room was cosy. Good breakfadt in a calmatmosphere, dood musci. Wgant else do we neef? :-) Nex t time we are in Bologna we"ll come back.

Hello, we stayed two nights at this boutique hotel (suites) were very pleased to stay at 051 Boutique. I can only say sheets are little bit interesting. Instead of putting the duvet between two sheets - they can use one complete sheet :) Thanks for everything!

Great place, ideal location, staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were good, bathrooms modern, cold buffet breakfast was very nice. No housekeeping over our 3 day stay. All and all a very good accommodation.

Horrible property. Dirty sink, extremely old and I refurbished furniture. Ugly fluorescent lighting on 5-10 second timers, dirty bathroom sink. Extremely dated bathroom with cheap linoleum and fixtures, horrific breakfast where the “fruit juices” served were watered down sugar water with zero fruit content. Dark halls. You share a common area with doors that keep no noise from others out. And NOISE. Late October so not tourist season yet drunks on the street till 2:00am. Street cleaning, garbage trucks. No way you could sleep. Within 2 minutes of checking in we were considering just paying for another hotel and leaving this place knowing we would lose the fully paid amount. We were too tired and “dealt with it”. There is absolutely no way you can drive a car here as well. Parking is a 20 minute walk in the rain “if” you can find a space after circling for an hour. One of the worst experiences ever. One bright note; the gal that checked us in and communicated with us via the internet was wonderful. She was very nice and helped us locate the property. Everything else was a huge fail. Stay away at all costs.

Great Center location. No parking available. Room was very nice on the main street. Quite noisy at night as it’s near the University staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Great restaurants nearby. Many tourist attractions nearby within walking distance.
