本來開個臨時房就是為了安安靜靜休息，時間下午1點到5點，從兩點半開始就有嘈雜的人聲，吵完就在旁邊房間拆東西吵的要死，實在受不了打電話給前台説什麼供電換水錶，啊就説沒辦法，那我説換個房間總行吧，又説幾層都在搞，換不了，就説幾分鐘好了，我説已經吵了半個小時了，哪裡有幾分鐘，沒辦法衹能讓他叫人去説搞快點，後面説六七分鐘，結果搞到差不多四點半我快退房了才搞完，搞的都沒休息好，來你們酒店就是要找個安靜環境休息，出了問題不想着解決，態度就是那種沒辦法就是這樣你愛咋咋得吧，這就是店家的好態度，本來房間位置就不好，在兩排房間交叉口，你酒店這麼大我就不信你每層樓每個地方都搞，供電局派那麼幾百人來是吧？這個前台除了推卸責任，三言兩語敷衍了事，態度還不好，避雷！我不是第一次住，第一次來還沒到時間前台就打電話催退房，本來我真覺得沒什麼反正我都睡醒了，不過這次我是真忍不了，搞得我睡都沒睡着

設施：還是很不錯的，都挺俱全
衞生：衞生出乎意料的好，房間整潔舒適，衞生角都做的很不錯，房間很乾凈
服務：前台服務態度好，很熱情的
環境：環境還可以，離羅浮山很近，去爬山遊玩的話還是推薦的，性價比很高。

優點：位置好，在鎮中心，周邊吃飯、買東西都方便。早餐能吃飽，工作人員態度也不錯，辦理入住很快。
不足：隔音有點差，窗户外面是住宅區 早上有點吵。房間設施比較完善
追求性價比的話，這家酒店可以考慮。

衞生乾淨整潔，設施完善，環境也不錯，酒店雖然在路邊，到了晚上特別安靜，酒店對面就是大型停車場，樓下都是吃的。

1.原先預訂的基礎房型，提前一晚致電前台問向上升一級多少一晚➕延遲致下午6點前退房收費標準
2.前台回覆30一晚，延遲退房收費是半天價格，我同意了
3.我預訂三晚，需要升級三晚，到前台辦理入住後前台收取30*3🟰90升級費，88延遲退房費，共178元
4.搞笑的來了，8號退房的時候告知我還有70延遲退房費沒付，我説我已經付過了，你問問當天辦理我入住的前台，前台強硬回覆我當天值班人員就是要向我收取70元延遲退房費，我着急趕飛機，我説你再次去確認，要是沒收我延遲退房費你聯繫我電話，真是太差勁了
5.我付了88延遲退房費，後面説延遲退房費為70，是不是多收我18？
6.床晚上翻個聲都能響，推拉門關不緊，沙發黑黢黢，我住進去自己帶拖鞋床單等一切用品就不想跟你計較了，結果完了還向客人再次收費，是沒帶腦
子上班嗎？服務太差勁，衞生更是差勁至極

春節期間價格適中，衞生乾淨，唯一不足就是洗澡間磨砂太透，也沒有簾子，非情侶或夫妻出行洗澡時挺尷尬的，希望能多加個簾子

計劃遊覽惠州羅浮山，提前一天入住在這裏，前台姐姐非常客氣，告訴哪裡能停放車輛。
樓下左右有大、小超市，還有各種的排擋和粉、麪店。
房間面積還不小，熱水是電熱水器，兩個人洗澡足夠用，廳裏還有個菜盆和電磁爐，比較特別的！
