Sao tantos pontos pra melhorar que é melhor contratar uma consultoria. Da limpeza ruim, falta de duchinha higiênica, a escolha do quarto por eles, atendimento ruim pela central de reservas no wz, pulseirinha obrigatoria incômoda. Volto a Bombinhas, nunca mais ali.

Boa Localização e Estrutura
Local bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. Funcionários bem atenciosos. Único ponto a melhorar, seria o barulho de ar condicionado e maquinários à noite, tanto do prédio quanto dos vizinhos… e a água da piscina principal chega a ser muito quente. Tbm o café não tem tantas opções, e normalmente é bem congestionado… mas vale o custo-beneficio, e é uma das melhores hospedagens da região.

Hotel flat bom, gostei muito da piscina aquecida. Café da manhã me surpreendeu apesar de não ter muitas opções mas o que tem é de qualidade, croissant, pudim, bolo fresquinho , salada de frutas diferenciada, realmente muito bom, delicioso. Infelizmente não tem quem ajuda com as malas, cheguei no quarto e eu que tive que arrumar o sofa cama, abrir colocar lençol ( pelo menos sempre que cheguei em outros ja estava montado e arrumado) e os flats são pequenos, usamos o sofá cama para as crianças e é bem apertado, reservei direto com o hotel, não Airbnb então falta o atendimento pago como hotel. Legal em ter maquina de lavar em todos os flats. Voltarei...

Pontos Positivos:
O hotel é novo, o que garante instalações modernas e bem cuidadas. A acomodação é bastante espaçosa, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade. Além disso, o ambiente é silencioso, ideal para quem busca descanso. O restaurante é razoável, atendendo bem às necessidades básicas.
Pontos Negativos:
Para mim, o maior incômodo foi o fato de o hóspede ser responsável por retirar o lixo do apartamento e levá-lo até a lixeira próxima ao hall. Além disso, o hotel não fornece sacolas para reposição. Quando pedi uma, fui orientado a usar sacolas de supermercado, blz né kkk.
Pontos a Melhorar:
A arrumação é feita de dois em dois dias, mas seria interessante se houvesse ao menos uma reposição diária de itens essenciais no banheiro, como papel higiênico e outras amenidades. Outro ponto a ser ajustado é o café da manhã: embora seja bom, acaba sendo muito repetitivo ao longo da estadia.
Considerações Finais:
O hotel tem bastante potencial devido à sua estrutura, mas pequenos ajustes em serviços e comodidades poderiam melhorar significativamente a experiência dos hóspedes.

Ficamos nessa estadia do dia 31/01 a 07/02, tem um ótimo restaurante, infraestrutura muito boa com jacuzzi e piscinas! Porém deixou a desejar nos apartamentos que são sem isolamento acústico( escuta todos os barulhos, inclusive dos ralos!) sem porta no quarto, além de ter um cheiro de esgoto terrível que sobe pelos ralos, até mesmo no da cozinha! A limpeza também deixou a desejar, somente vinham limpar o chão e o vaso sanitário! Deveriam melhorar essas coisas.. O local é pet friendly porém você não pode levar seu cachorrinho nem sentar com você na área externa, se latir já vem gente reclamar! Levamos nossa cachorrinha junto e ela ficou no apartamento por algumas horas e uma senhora da recepção veio atrás de mim no elevador( muito desrespeitosa) se a gente era de tal apartamento que o cachorro não parava de latir e os vizinhos estavam reclamando! Primeiro que é totalmente sem isolamento, então o bichinho escuta todos os barulhos possíveis e até acostumar leva um tempinho! Segundo que ela é totalmente sem noção vim abordar um cliente em elevador! Deveria ter ligado para o apartamento ou então me falado quando estava na recepção!
