No lo recomiendo! La limpieza no es muy buena. El trato del encargado deja mucho que desear . El desayuno es muy básico (siempre lo mismo) El departamento no es cómodo. Lo único destacable es la ubicación.

No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo. Ya de entrada nos cobraron más reales de los acordados. La falta de respeto con la que te tratan la dueña y una chica Argentina que tienen en la recepción es sorprendente. En el desayuno no te dejan juntar las mesas, o sea si va una familia de 4 personas, desayunan separados. Porque son mesas chicas. Tuvimos problemas en el baño y jamás en los 10 días que tuvimos nos dieron la solución. Fui muchas veces a Brasil, es la primera vez que siento semejante mala predisposición para todo. Ni buen día te dicen. No vuelvo jamás a Pedra Salgada.

Estrutura do hotel de boa qualidade, mas com serviço péssimo. Nossa experiência foi ruim, por conta do problema que tivemos com o ar condicionado, onde aí reclamarmos com o atendente da recepção, o mesmo disse que nós é que não sabíamos ajustar a temperatura e bem fez questão de conferir o problema ou oferecer outro quarto. O mesmo atendente se recusou a oferecer outro travesseiro. Desde o início da nossa chegada, ficou claro a ma vontade em atender.
