The hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Brienz. We can see the lake from our balcony. The room is big enough to accommodate 4 people. Room is nice and clean. The bathroom also spacious. Overall we have a good time here. 😊

My friends and I stayed for a total of three days and all thought it was very good. Although there was a small misunderstanding about the city tax in the middle, overall the service level was quite high.

房間不通風，悶熱，外面氣温12度，裏面悶熱有28度，洗手間衞生比較差，廚房用品也是不乾淨，尤其的問題，不能寄存行李，太差勁是客服，態度惡劣，打打降低客人的滿意度，對公寓的形象會影響很大。不能寄存行李，真的無語，強烈建議不要定這個酒店!這個區域用這個價格隨便找到一個比他好的酒店，沒有前台服務，問題得不到迴應。尤其價格，早預訂比晚預訂幾乎貴1000多!

What a hotel it is. The location is just perfect. They have free parking. And the view can't be described in words- I haven't seen such wonderful sunrise in my entire life. I just loved it.

とても美しい湖のほとりでの滞在、最高でした。特に満天の星空は息を呑む美しさ。圧巻の景色でした。
ロジ面ではInterlaken Ost駅からバスでスムーズに辿り着けるか不安でしたが、バスはほぼ時間通り、ホテルは最寄りのバス停から目の前で、全く問題ありませんでした。Interlaken Ost駅前に大きめのスーパー(Coop)があるので、バス待ち(約30分ごと)も問題なく過ごせました。
夕食はホテルのピッツァリアを利用しましたがこちらも焼きたてピザ美味しかったです。

訂了兩晚，實在是住不了了，所以第二晚攜程幫忙退了房。
1.房間非常老舊，相當於國內老舊小賓館，黃、破、熱。
2.沒有空調，沒有紗窗，衹能開門窗透氣散熱，但有蟲子蚊子，老公被咬了一口，十天左右才好。酒店沒有驅蚊用品和被咬的醫務用品提供。
3.前台又亂還經常沒有人。
4.離火車站市區較遠，bus要等很久。
5.隔音差，晚上十一點半還有路人在吵鬧。
6.早餐有寫名字在座位，也還好吃。
7.電梯太老了，上下都會顛簸，很嚇人。
8.進酒店有台階，大行李很困難，也沒有人幫忙拿行李和接待。
9.唯一可以的是外面風景還不錯。

I have stayed at Seiler au Lac for over 25 years. The Zingg family and their staff have unfailingly provided a warm, friendly and helpful welcome. Food and service in the La Gare and the Pizzeria restaurants remain at the usual high standard. My room was consistently, promptly and meticulously maintained. There are good facilities for adults and families.
